We can never really know all there is to know about another souls pain… we should be generous with our judgements…

As my day comes to an end, and I seek to breathe I sit and meditate before I travel home, in this time I have cleansed myself, washing the judgments of others from my soul… the joy of being in the moment providing transition from loss to peace…

I am reminded again that we should be generous in our judgments of others,  reflecting on our own journey or moments of implosion… from the discord and imperfections of my own life comes the clarity that I am present in this moment.. to be more then the vision of others who are lost in their perspective of my life… for I am courageous and a warrior, understanding my failure and learning in my ability to see even the smallest good in others… the echos of life slowly rumbling into the moment, like distant thunder, reminding me that others are still enduring their own storms… not to be complacent or to criticise them, but to understand and be more quick to praise them… for each of us carries our own special hurt, our own burdens and our own lies, either to ourselves or others…

I give thanks for the day I’ve had, in arriving at this moment in one piece, safe in both emotion and physical oneness… for I am more today than I was yesterday, in my souls ability to see, feel, touch and walk with compassion… I am awakened through my own pain, into this place of balance and clarity…
